However, when translating things or concepts that have no exact English equivalent, it's best to use terms that don't require the reader to do homework to understand.

I thought about saying "Dolls' Festival" but I like being precise when it comes to uniquely Japanese things so that people who do what to know what it is can look it up easily, rather than using loose, not-agreed-upon translations for complex holidays and traditions that we have nothing even close to a translation for.

There's errors with the translation, especially the last two pages.

The bottom half of the second to last page essentially is saying that the world had changed into one where Haruta had been born as a woman, and was already married to Riku.

And the last panel of the last page says "It was a shame that I was never able to experience the wedding." (as in, they were already married).

Everything else can just be a matter of preference and how loosely you want to translate, but these two pages contain pretty big semantic errors.
